Who long before my item is shipped?
Item is usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment during normal business hours.(Monday-Friday) Ex: If payment clears on Friday, it will probably ship out on Monday.

Can I pick up Locally?
If an item on my site can be picked up locally, it will be stated in the ad. Some things I have in stock and others have to be shipped from my warehouse. If you aren't sure...just email me and ask.... triple_d_imports@frontiernet.net

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept money orders, paypal, credit cards(through paypal - mastercard, visa, American Express) We don't accept personal checks or echecks.

what shipping methods do you use?
We will ship first class, priority mail, or UPS. Depends on the item shipping and which ever method will save you money. Ad will state what service will be used.

Do you offer insurance?
Insurance will be added to ALL items that are shipped. This will be included in the shipping price. I can not account for how the mail service handles the item so it is just better for all if insurance is applied!

What is your return policy
Or return policy is as follows: You can return the product within 7 days only if the product is damaged. You can file a shipping claim also to replace the item. Before leaving our warehouse, it wil be carefully inspected to ensure no breakage. If it is damaged in transit, then you can file a claim with the post office. The item must be shipped back for replacement of simular item or refund. It is buyers responsibility to pay for shipping and refund will be given (-) shipping charges.
